Mr. Scari represents public and privately held businesses in connection with a wide variety of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities transactions, joint ventures and partnering arrangements. He also represents private equity funds and venture capital funds in transactions and fund formation. Mr. Scari has been a supporter of Early Stage East from its inception.
